1. How do I watch the videos?

It's easy, all you have to do is to click on the one of icons on the left of the web panel. For your information, there have two categories of videos which are "On Demand" which is consist of Experience Malaysia, Travelogue, Special Event, Reality Stories and Malaysia This Week. The other category is "Live", where you can experience a live stream video of selected event in Malaysia and also a "live" of sight seeing on the interesting place in Malaysia. After a selection is made the video will play automatically.

2. How do I watch the live streams?

"live stream" of the event is depends on an event that is taking place. Normally, it will happen when there is a major festival in Malaysia. Meanwhile, the "mirror to the world" is a "live streaming video camera" that is ongoing run 365/24/7 basis. Currently, we have put video cameras in the places of interest in Malaysia such as in Melaka, Sabah, Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang and Langkawi. You can watch a live stream of "Mirror To The World" 24 hours a day.

3. Can I download the videos?

You cannot download the video, but you are allowed to place the video in your blog or website.

4. The video stream is too slow, what do I do?

Sometimes it happens depends on your internet connection speed. What should you do to enjoy the video is, click the "pause" button and let the video rendering until finish. Once it's done, then click the "play" button as usual.

5. Can I watch the videos on my mobile?

Yes, you can do it. It is your choice whether to watch the videos on your mobile phone that is powered by "IOS" or "android". What you can do is, download the "trulyasia.tv"apps (you can get it for free from the apps market respectively) into your mobile phone. Then, you're good to go now.
